By using the Holiday Windows website, Leave Planner, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Holiday Windows provides:

A free weekly email newsletter featuring family travel deals timed to Australian school holiday windows
A free web-based Leave Planner tool to help families plan annual leave and holiday care across school holiday periods
A deals archive page accessible to email subscribers
Destination weather guides and leave optimisation information

The service is free to use. We do not charge subscription fees. We generate revenue through affiliate commissions as described in Section 4 of this document.

3. Deal accuracy and pricing disclaimer

Deal prices and availability change rapidly. All prices shown on Holiday Windows are indicative only and were accurate at the time of publication. Finse Pty Ltd makes no guarantee that the price shown will be available when you click through to book.

By using Holiday Windows you acknowledge and accept that:

Prices shown are subject to change without notice and may vary based on availability, booking dates, and other factors
School holiday date information is provided in good faith but should be verified against your state education department's official calendar before making bookings
Leave planning calculations in the planner tool are indicative only and should be verified against your employment contract and payroll records
Weather quality scores are general seasonal guides only and do not constitute a weather forecast
Holiday Windows is not a licensed travel agent and does not facilitate bookings directly

4. Affiliate disclosure

Holiday Windows participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that when you click a link in our newsletter or on our website and subsequently make a booking or purchase, we may receive a commission from the provider at no additional cost to you.

Our affiliate relationships may include:

Accommodation booking platforms (such as Booking.com and similar)
Experience and tour booking platforms (such as Viator and similar)
Campervan and camping booking platforms (such as Camplify and similar)
Travel deal platforms (such as Luxury Escapes and similar)

The existence of an affiliate relationship does not influence which deals we feature. We only feature deals that we genuinely believe represent good value for Australian families. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Holiday Windows content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Finse Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Holiday Windows, including but not limited to:

Losses arising from booking decisions made based on deal information published by Holiday Windows
Losses arising from inaccurate or outdated school holiday date information
Losses arising from leave planning decisions made using the Leave Planner tool
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Holiday Windows at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
